If you are searching for a company that excels in construction, maintenance, and inspection of
stormwater management systems, look no further.

I am the Controller for a company called AJ Foods Inc and AJPA Foods Inc. which operates twelve McDonald's restaurants in Central and Northern NJ and most recently acquired two additional
franchises in Philadelphia, PA. Two months after purchasing our Philly restaurants, we were informed of
a pre-existing stormwater remediation project that had been neglected by the previous two owners for
many years and were given a two-month deadline by the Philadelphia Water Department to complete
the required corrective actions.

Brandywine Stormwater was the third company that I contacted to provide competitive
estimates and quickly proved to me that my first two inquiries were nothing but a waste of time.
Brandywine not only went above and beyond in successfully disputing the scope of work with the PWD,
saved us a considerable amount from a cost perspective, helped facilitate the argument with the
previous ownership why they should be liable for at least half the cost, and then completed the work in
a timely manner. They are extremely professional, organized, efficient, and more than knowledgeable
in their area of expertise.

I don't think that I could recommend Brandywine Stormwater more highly. We have now
contracted Brandywine for all our stormwater maintenance work moving forward and have absolutely
no plans of looking elsewhere. As our company continues to look to expand further into Philadelphia, I
can honestly say that I will be continuing to work with Felix Ramos, Jr and Brandywine Stormwater for
years to come.

In 2017 my company, Zieger & Sons Inc was awarded a $371,000 SIMP grant from PWD for a storm water management project at my warehouse in Philadelphia. I was initially excited to receive the grant but then became increasingly frustrated as we struggled to get the project underway. After two years with no solution on the horizon, I received a call from Brandywine Stormwater LLC. After 2 years of no activity, Brandywine had my project approved, installed and completed in under 6 months. From the initial call to front office support down to project managers and site crew, Brandywine was a highly professional firm who I would highly recommend.
